Our first corE night of the year promises to be a cracker as we host the Sisters of the Immaculata all the way from Tasmania! The Immaculata sisters are a community whose charism centers on parish renewal specifically through prayer and working with youth. They will be offering some very simple and awesome practical insights on how we can revive the youth in our parishes so make sure you don’t miss what will be an awesome and incredibly unique night.
This corE night will also mark the first day in Sydney for the new NET team so make sure to come by and give them all a very warm Sydney welcome! The night will be held on Monday 20 February starting with dinner at 6:00pm and finishing by 8:30pm at St Dominic’s Hall, 108 The Crescent, Homebush West. The invitation is open to all YMC’s and youth leaders from the Sydney Archdiocese.
CorE nights are aimed at youth leaders and parish youth ministry coordinators (as well as up-and-coming youth leaders) who have a passion for spreading Christ’s message amongst other young people. The word “cor” in Latin means “heart” and the “E” stands for evangelisation. As youth leaders you are at the heart of evangelisation.
