A core is the centre and most essential part of something. CorE is a gathering of youth ministry coordinators, youth leaders and young people within the Archdiocese of Sydney who feel called to guide and minister to young people, leading them towards Christ through various spiritual, formative and social activities in their parish, group or movement. CorE nights and events are hosted by Catholic Youth Services – the Archdiocesan agency for young people – and provide opportunities for fellowship, prayer, formation, discussion and resource sharing.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_text_separator title=”Our CorE belief” title_align=”separator_align_center” align=”align_center” color=”grey”][vc_column_text]As youth leaders we need to personally walk ever more closely with Christ and be formed in a spiritual and practical sense in order that we may be used to form others and bring them to the source of love and life in God Himself.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_text_separator title=”Our CorE Purpose” title_align=”separator_align_center” align=”align_center” color=”grey”][vc_column_text]To form a core group of Archdiocesan youth coordinators and leaders, equipped to take up the call to “go and make disciples” and to witness to the joy and peace that Christ offers to every young person.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
